As the founder and principal consultant of Thrive Consulting, I bring nearly three decades of experience in the behavioral health field—spanning direct care, leadership, and clinical practice. With a master’s degree in counseling and over a decade of executive experience, I support both organizations and individuals in achieving meaningful, lasting change.

My consulting work focuses on helping nonprofits grow with confidence. I guide organizations through accreditation, policy development, grant writing, and strategic program planning. Taking a hands-on, collaborative approach, I tailor every solution to meet your goals, streamline operations, and expand your impact in the communities you serve.

In addition to organizational consulting, I also provide individual counseling services as a Professional Counselor Associate in Oregon. My clinical approach is trauma-informed, rooted in evidence-based practices, and grounded in compassion. I work with individuals navigating life transitions, trauma, and emotional challenges, offering a supportive space to heal, reflect, and move forward.

Across all my work, I remain deeply committed to breaking down barriers for those affected by substance use, trauma, and systemic inequities. I’ve built a reputation for innovation, integrity, and genuine care. Whether I’m working with a team to improve outcomes or sitting one-on-one with an individual in session, I bring the same dedication to service, growth, and heart-centered leadership.

When I’m not working, I am spending time with my family, advocating for mental health awareness, supporting initiatives that uplift marginalized communities, and continuing to learn and grow—right alongside the people and organizations I serve.
